The definite country's exports of non-oil goods (excluding crude oil, mazut, kerosene, also except luggage exports) weighed 88,361 thousand tons and were worth 27 billion USD which showed an increase of 16.44% in terms of weight and a decrease of 10.86% in terms of USD worth compared to the same period last year.
Moreover, the imports to the country increased by 1.58 percent in terms of weight and decreased by 4.87 percent in terms of value in USD compared to the same period last year and reached 22,129 thousand tons and 28 billion USD.

The major export destination countries:
During the first eight months of 1398, the highest exports was to China amounting 6,801 million USD and 25,15 % of the total value of exports, the exports to Iraq was worth 5,710 million USD and 21,12 % of the total value of exports, the exports to the UAE was worth 2,932 million USD and 10,84 % of the total value of exports, the exports to Turkey was worth 2,800 million USD and 10,35 % of the total value of exports, and the exports to Afghanistan was worth 1,497 million USD and 5,542% of the total value of exports.
The main importing countries from Iran:
During the first 8 months of 1398, China topped the imports from Iran with 7,263 USD and 25,59 % share of the total import value.
The UAE with 5,338 USD and 18,81 % share, Turkey with 3,367USD and 11,86 % share, India with 2,512 USD and 8,85 % share, Germany with 1,377 USD and 4,85 % share of total imports were among the major importing countries from Iran.
