Hepco';s new CEO was appointed

According to Tasnim News Agency in Arak, quoting the Public Relations of the Privatization Organization, following a meeting of the National Headquarters of Facilitation and Removal of Production Barriers held in the Central Province, as well as last week's meeting held at the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade on coordinating and following up the decisions made in the aforesaid meeting regarding the continuation of the responsibility of the Privatization Organization, a number of decisions were made and several meeting held with the He[co's major shareholder in the Privatization Organization, which resulted in the required negotiations with the CEO proposed by the Governor of the Central Province. Eventually the necessary agreements were made, and Abolfazl Roghani Golpayegani was appointed as the new CEO of Hepco.

Other members of the board will be immediately introduced by the CEO and will be appointed with the agreement of the Privatization Organization and the major shareholder of Hepco.

Acording to Tasnim News Agency, Roghani Golpayegani's records are the Head of the Industrial Commission of the Chamber of Commerce, the head of the Iran Syndicate of Paper And Cardboard Producers, and a member of the Persepolis Club's Board of Directors.

He was born in Arak in 1961, and his management records include the General Manager of the Ministry of Commerce and the responsible official for Refah Chain Department Stores Company.
