The managing director of Fars Industrial Parks Company announced the establishment of a large industrial plant of paper making from calcium carbonate with the participation of IDRO in the province.
According to Tasnim News Agency in Shiraz, after visiting Kharameh Industrial Park, in a meeting with the governor of the town, Ahad Fotouhi pointed to the availability of the infrastructure in the Kharameh Industrial Park and said, “Appropriate incentives, including tax exemptions, discount on land allocation, installment payment of cost of ownership in 48 months, decreasing the percentage of cash payment up to 5% of the total amount will be applied to create more incentive for investors of the industrial sector.”
HE added, “Numerous plans have been carried out in the field of the development and completion of the infrastructures of this industrial park from the credit of Fars Industrial Parks Co., and the necessary backgrounds in the infrastructure sectors have been provided to attract investors.”
Fotouhi announced, “One of the most important of the projects is the implementation of the internal gas network and its connection to national network in the industrial park.” and stressed on the completion of the lighting network and the removal of the communication problem there.
Referring to the launch of some industrial units in the park in the near future, the managing director of Fars Industrial Parks Company said, “The bitumen production factory will be operational soon in the industrial park, of course this plant has been launched experimentally.”
Referring to the negotiations conducted by the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) to construct a large industrial plant for paper making from calcium carbonate, he said, “The investment license of the plant has been issued by the Cabinet of Ministers and the investment of IDRO.”
Announcing that the target of implementing the plant is to develop investment in less developed region and to create occupation, Fotouhi said, “The plant will be implemented with the annual production capacity of 20 thousand tons of paper from calcium carbonate and have positive environmental impacts and cause to prevent the trees from being cutting down.”
He stressed, “It is also possible to supply all the required raw materials of the plant from various regions of the country.”
Kharameh governor, also referring to the fact that due to the problems resulted from drought, the most important necessity of the city is to create sustainable employment, said, “The industrial park is the most important infrastructure for industrial development and employment creation.”
Emphasizing on full support of industrialists and investors, Farhad Jahankhah said, “All executive organizations in the town are quite ready.”
