The deputy of the Chamber of Commerce: The government and pseudo-government re behind the one-time commercial permission cards

The technical service and commercial deputy of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, stating that the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade is in charge of approving the cards issued by Iran's Chamber of Commerce, said, "Those who are behind one-time cards are mostly state-owned, pseudo governmental, and affiliated companies to foundations."

According to Tasnim News Agency, Mozafar Alikhani said, "The deviation from and the abuse of economy are created in unhealthy, underground, non-transparent business environment.
Stating that the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade is in charge of approving the cards issued by Iran's Chamber of Commerce, he added, " Iran's Chamber of Commerce is in charge of the issuance of the cards as per laws."
Alikhani said, "Iran's rank in the global business is 120, and one reason for it is the existence of 48 laws, 15 international conventions, and 12 trade produres in transnational trade of the country."
He added, "There are currently 34000 valid commercial card in the country out of which around 10000 ones belong to real persons and not legal persons."
The technical service and commercial deputy of Iran's Chamber of Commerce said, "85% of the country's imports are raw materials, intermediate goods, and the machinery of production lines, and 10% of the imports are essential commodities." 
Alikhani added, "The one-time commercial cards are less than one percent of total issued cards."
He said, "The Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade should monitor the commercial cards."
Alikhani added, "The integrated management system launched the processes of issuance and the renewal of commercial cards with the coordination of the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade in the 10th Cabinet of Ministers and connected the system to other state bodies while they resisted to be connected to this system."
He said, "We designed smart cards to reduce the human intervention in issuing commercial cards."
The technical service and commercial deputy of Iran's Chamber of Commerce added, "12,000 industrial and trade companies have been ranked in the country." 
Alikhani said, "Since two years ago, 2000 rented commercial cards have been identified and cancelled by Iran's Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade, and customs."
He added, ""Those who are behind one-time cards are mostly state-owned, pseudo governmental, and affiliated companies to foundations."
Alikhani said, "Based on the proposal given to the Cabinet of Ministers on the Commercial cards, the individuals can import goods with the value of 500,000 USD for the first time. If they pay the duties imposed by the government, they can import up to 2 million USD."
He added, "This proposal is under consideration at the Economical Commission of the Cabinet."
