The managing director of Industrial Towns Company of Ardebil province announced the launch of the first cardboard manufacturing plant from waste and scrap paper in the industrial zone of capital city of the province.
According to Mehr News agency quoting Industrial Towns Company of Ardebil, Enrahim Faridy , visiting the Industrial Town 2 of Ardebil, said, "The manufacturing industrial unit will be launched by a German investor in a partnership with a domestic company."
Reffering to German investors' interest to invest in printing section of the province, he noted, "The German investors are active in manufacturing printing machinery and equipment and are supposed to establish the largest domestic industrial printing unit in a partnership with a domestic company in the northwest of the country to print newspaper and textbooks."
The managing director of Industrial Towns Company of the province, referring to the 150 billion Rial primary investment of the company in phase 1, noted, "These investors also intend to launch the cardboard manufacturing plant from waste and scrap paper in phase 2."
Stressing that supporting the foreign investors to create occupation and economic development requires the full support of the governmental authorities, he reiterated, "At present, 16 industrial zones and towns are completed and ready to be transferred to investors."
According to Faridy, the Industrial Town 2 of Ardebil with a surface area of 600 hectares is the largest one in the province which has all the installation facilities and infrastructure while its proximity to the airport, the province customs, and its location on Transit Road from Ardebil to Tehran are considered its major advantages."
