Graphic Packaging International has announced a $50 per ton price increase for its coated recycled board (CRB) and uncoated recycled board (URB) to partially offset increased input costs for fiber, energy and chemicals.
In addition, the company said that it would set new freight allowances.
The price increase will be effective with shipments on or after July 28, 2008 and will apply to all grades supplied by mills in Pekin, IL; Middletown, OH; Kalamazoo, MI; Battle Creek, MI; Philadelphia, PA; Wabash, IN and Santa Clara, CA.
