After lunch, the meeting started on the formation of the Federation of Iran Cellulose Industries.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Roghani the CEO of the Paper Syndicate talked about the necessity to found the Federation of Iran Cellulose Industries which was approved by the agreement of all the participants in the meeting.
In the meeting, it was decided that Mr. Khirkhah on behalf of the Association of Carton and Corrugated Sheet Executives and Ms. Pourdad on behalf of the Iran Paper and Cardboard Syndicate would hold the briefing and coordinating meetings with other associations of cellulose industries which would announce themselves as the board of founders of the Federation of Iran Cellulose Industries.
Moreover, the meeting discussed the quality of domestic paper and stipulated that the problem of importing high quality waste paper for paper making mills would be followed up.
