LAB VALLEY BEATER IN FULL STAINLESS STEEL COMPLETE WITH ELECTRICAL MOTOR AND STAND For laboratory beating of pulp under standardized conditions. to determine the behavior of pulp when subject to definite beating schedule. This beater is suitable for routine checking of pulp in laboratory. Net volume 25 liters of 680 g bone-dry pulp at 2-2.5% concentration. Beater roll speed 500 rpm. Motor with V belt drive provided.

RESEARCH DIGESTER For producing pulps by cooking wood chips in a manner similar to a commercial digester. Ensure good repeatability of results. Heating effected through electrical heaters. Hot liquor circulation through Centrifugal type circulation pump. Process parameters like Voltage, current, heating rate, are indicated through digital readouts. Digester Volume: 20 Liters, Max Pressure 20Kg/cm2, Max Temperature: 200OC, Pump capacity 20 liters/min.
PULPING UNIT
PULPING UNIT (AUTOCLAVE DIGESTOR WITH HOT AIR HEATING SYSTEM) For laboratory production of chemical pulp. Provided with six autoclaves, pressure tested, each of 2.5 liter suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry wood rotate in forced hot air with precise temperature control to monitor cooking behave of different raw materials. The unit is easy to operate and boiling parameter precisely controlled to insure good repeatibility. The autocalve bomb can be quickly cooled by using cold water spray on it after completion of cycle. Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range upto-200 0C. The rotation with change in turning direction provide effeciant agitation to the samples.
