The Chairman of the Board of the Cooperative of Printing Industry in Khorassan Razavi province said, “Unfortunately, 20 to 30 percent of the paper used by printing houses is dedicated to publishers. He added, “At present, everyone can easily take governmental currency and import and then sell the imported goods at the free market price. Moreover, in order to bypass the Ministry of Assets, they will freely provide the industrial units with official invoices at governmental exchange rate.

The Chairman of the Board of the Cooperative of Printing Industry in Khorassan Razavi province noted, “If merchants provide the cooperatives of guilds with the same price he imported plus a reasonable profit and if the cooperatives distribute the goods, everything will be in their routine process.”

Jalilian stated, “In such a situation, the Tazirat organization can monitor the market, too, but Tazirat cannot have any controls when I purchase the cardboard at 12000Tomans per kilo while it should be 4800 Tomans/K. How can Tazirat control the situation?

He added, “In addition to modernizing machinery at printing houses, the purchase of the goods has aggravated the problems.”
